The design is inspired by Riyadh's landscape, with a facade of stacked stone-like contours and gold fins over GRC panels. Lounges and terraces offer views of King Fahad Road.
A dramatic drop-off area leads to a cave-like lobby with dynamic ceiling shapes. The hotel features two zones—rooms and suites—connected by atriums with bridges over water and plants for a unique experience.
The facade takes inspiration from layers of stone stacked on top of each other creating a dramatic rise to the summit. Reimagining these layers as vertical contours, the design overlays horizontal fins in an elegant gold metal finish over GRC panels that take on the natural Riyadh stone finish. Along the elevation, lounges and green buffers are introduced to create outdoor terraces that look towards the prime views along King Fahad Road.
Architecture is inspired by the vibrant and dynamic landscape destination that celebrates the natural beauty with subtle sophistication.
Along King Fahad Road, the towers rise in their unique and distinct form capturing the essence of the breathtaking landscape forms that surround Riyadh. Upon entering the site, a void is carved out under the middle of the building creating a drop off experience as though one is slipping under the form itself. The sofit and forms of this drop off area play with volume and shape to create a dynamic entry into the buildings themselves.
